“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“First off I want to say that I had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and the food was amazing. I stayed here with my grandma for a week and we had a blast. I gave the hotel 4 stars because there were a lot of things that could have been better. The first night we checked into our ocean view room and I couldn't see the ocean at all. I was very disappointed especially with the extra cost I paid to have that and to be in an "elite room". Really all I wanted was the ocean view. Luckily I……

“Check-in eficiente, atento, detallado y amistoso por la representante de Expedia en el hotel. en general el personal es muy atento con excepcion de una sola persona en Bar de lado de piscina (entiendo que somos humanos y no siempre es el mejor dia de algun empleado). Tiene un area para niños(acuatica, juegos de parque y area de salon interior) todo junto, me parece super bien!. hay programa de actividades que se pueden agendar por app o web que es de facil acceso. asi como agendar restaurant……
