“The room decor looked great, however as soon as you come into the room the smell is bad. The resort itself is pretty, kids pools are great. The ocean was not.. too much seaweed, the cleaning crew cleaned seaweed with truck between 9 am - 1pm right when you are at the beach.. not good, smelly, blocking the view.”

“The rooms were very clean and renovated, the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, and the property had swim-up bars, nice restaurants, and an amazing shop on site. ”

“Rooms are big, clean and nice. Staff is HORRID! My check experience was absolutely terrible. The lady checked me in was rude and barely knew any English. She had me waiting for good 20 min to finish counting her cash register. Her priorities are all messed up. Didn’t even acknowledge my arrival with an eye contact. Totally horrible. I barely understood what she said and just wanted to get away from her asap. Buffet staff are hit or miss. My last day breakfast @7 am on Friday March 27th, the host……

“Clean room, staff was amazing, they upgraded my room to a master suite after an issue was discovered in my previous room. Breakfast was superb 👌🔥 would highly recommend and I’m definitely looking forward to going again ”
