It’s impossibly to keep everybody happy with the high amount of traffic of guest checking in and out daily, but they try to go above and beyond every time. I strongly suggest getting the platinum package, you get to beat the long waiting lines, cramped pools and lobby, a private lounge to accommodate your every need for the duration of the stay, plus a bunch of bonus perks to make you feel like the ultimate VIP guest."

"My family and I had an absolutely amazing vacation at Ocean Riviera Paradise! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers something for everyone. Our kids had an incredible time with all the family-friendly activities, while the adults were able to relax and enjoy the pools, and outstanding restaurants. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, so there was always something new to try. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The entertainment each evening was fantastic, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was fun, relaxing, and perfect for families. We made so many wonderful memories together and are already talking about coming back. Thank you to everyone at Ocean Riviera Paradise for making our family vacation so special.
