"Very much enjoyed our group trip at the Grand Palladium Kantenah this past November! Leilanie did a wonderful job as our concierge and was very helpful through WhatsApp communication during the day. A la Carte's were relatively straightforward to book as long as it was few days in advance for our group of 5. The steak house and Japanese were favorites for us. Lots of activities around the resort, just be prepared to find a lot of tiny mosquitos around the mini golf area. The evening entertainment was the best I've experienced at a Mexico resort. It was nice to see the shows that are not just catered for kids. This definitely made up for the lack of a disco, as the Colonial lobby remained a busy hub well into the evening every single night! Buffet food was okay but not a highlight. Would be nice if there was a bit of variation day to day but everything was on par with the general resort experience. Would definitively recommend and return in the future!"

"The toal experience was extremely good. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Vivid. The room was great, fantastic service from all staff and the pool area were great with a good variety of places. Food was excellent! The only thing we would like to point out is the ambience at the indoor restaurants. This was not cozy and way too noisy. Some sound reduction would be good to put up to bring the sound down. With the extremely hard walls, it was almost impossible to have a conversation inside. This made us choose the out-door restaurants (Pelican and also the ouside are in the Asian restaurant). However, this limited the over-all really great food. "
