「Staff was very helpful, accommodating and polite, the food in the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. Being able to rent bikes/scooters/ATVs directly from the hotel was reasonably priced and helpful. Location is enough removed from Tulum center to be more quiet but also convenient/accessible.
Only real negative is the construction that was constantly ongoing throughout our stay.」

「It was everything I hoped for for my stay in Tulum. The property manager, Ehsan and the security man Andreas were always available for whatever I needed. The place is gorgeous. Everything is very clean. Location is really good. The only thing I’ll say you will need a scooter or a car I didn’t have either and the roads around here is not very easy to walk around or find directions. 「Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful, large and very unique. All design choices are very intentional and it felt much like a home away from home rather than a hotel. The restaurant on the property is excellent and ate breakfast and dinner there every day.」

「We enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. 」

「Xambé is a little peace of heaven! We stayed on the top floor and the view is incredible. Very safe and quiet area. 5-10 minute walk to amazing restaurants. I would recommend having a car. Surrounding area is all very nice and also very safe. Romina and Baltazar took amazing care of us! Highly recommend. This was my second time staying here and I hope to return again someday!」
