"This is the best resort we have ever stayed at. The facility is gorgeous, activities non-stop, and the staff is incredible. Gina was our personal concierge and she treated us like family. We spent an exceptional amount of time conversing (in spanish and english) at the bar with our favorite bar tenders (Irving and Efrain) and they were so fun and friendly. The beach volleyball lead by Sina was also epic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone looking for an incredible and relaxing vacation with wonderful staff and a beautiful property. We can't wait to come back!"

"We stayed here for a week with our 3 kids and it was amazing. The staff made us feel like family. We enjoyed the pool and all of the restaurants. Ver clean property and we will definitely come back again."

"The property grounds were gorgeous, the garden and pool were beautiful, the air conditioning was lovely and the beds were very comfortable….the condo had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of five. There wasn’t any seaweed in front of the condo complex and the snorkeling on the bay was fabulous…we saw so many colorful fish, urchins and even an Electric Ray. We walked to La Lunita and the Jungle Cafe several times, which is only a five or ten minute walk, and the food was excellent…get the crunchy shrimp tacos if you go to La Lunita and the French Toast if you go to Jungle Cafe. Yal-Ku was amazing for snorkeling and was a short walk from the condo. This was our first visit to Mexico and Diana, the property manager, was a gem…she even arranged our airport transfer for us. We are definitely planning a trip for next year so we can go swim with the turtles and check out more cenotes."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 12 had a wonderful time just hanging out, enjoying wonderful meals from the chefs, struggling with turtles, and some of us even did whale shark swimming, which they said was totally worth the trip back to Cancun. The sargassum seaweed exists (it’s not terrible off the back of the house, but it’s everywhere in the area which really inhibits enjoyment of the beach). Also, the paddleboard and ping-pong cable were both broken and neither fixed, nor replaced while we were there."

Despite the worst sargassum season yet, we still enjoyed the lagoon and pool. The villa was also very comfortable and clean and the house staff were excellent. We hired them to cook for us and started missing the wonderful meals they made as soon as we got back home."

Only complaint is that the living room/kitchen area does not have AC and gets quite warm even with the windows open."

"The house was beautiful and very clean! it was also a close drive to Xcaret Park. We were a large group and had both of my grandparents in wheelchairs. The house was perfect for our needs and the host was very accommodating for a late checkout. My family loved our stay here and would definitely come back!"
