I stayed in the Romance Bungalow by the Lake and had a relaxing, wonderful time! As a solo female traveler I felt safe exploring the resort. The pools are lovely and the adults only section is much less crowded than the other resorts in the complex. I had great buffet and a la carte meals and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Every single interaction with staff was a great experience! Having other resort access was also a huge plus. Spent most days at the infinity pool where we always had great service & great view. The spa was another great spot- sports complex, massages, health bar, gym, lazy river, and health circuit which includes dry and wet saunas, cold plunge, hot tubs etc. I wish the food was a little better it was a hit or miss but what you expect at resorts. Also, I wish the beach and ocean were accessible but due to the seaweed it was not (seasonal and not the resorts fault). I would suggest this resort for people who aren’t looking for a party resort. Plenty of activities for active people though.

The shuttle service was excellent. Lots of food options, just make reservations early. The property was huge with lots of amenities. Best restaurant was La Boheme and Cappricunio. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Make sure you keep American dollars on you to tip and pay. Also don't go shopping in Playa del Carmen because it's so expensive, especially if you a tourist!!! Stay on the resort and bring everything you need.

I love the poolside seating, plush and enviting! Rooms are clean and serviced twice daily. Breakfast and lunch at Helios, outside with ocean view and the friendliest staff are just lovely. Always something delicious to enjoy and beverages are always flowing!
