“I'm unsure why Expedia lists this hotel as all-inclusive. Be cautious when booking— I paid extra for all-inclusive, only to discover it covered just the room. There is no entertainment at night or during the day. To me, it's more of a hotel than a resort. The food is also not very good.”

“We are on vacation now and have had nothing but disappointment since we have been here. The description says there is on sight car rental, but there is not. It says made to order breakfast but you have to purchase a meal ticket then take it to a restaurant at a different location. It says there are two pools, there is not. It says there is a swim up bar, there is not, in fact, there is no bar at all. There is a full size refrigerator but no microwave to heat up your food. We had to ask for……
