“Such a shame that the staff/management is so terrible at such a beautiful place. My family and I had the worst experience. We encountered an unsafe situation at the beach part with a hotel security that was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. When we sought help at the lobby, no one was available. They told us to return the next morning without care of what we had experienced. The next day, the management listened and basically said that the higher ups limit what they can do to try and make……

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“Comfy beds, perfect temperature in the rooms~ we just had just the basic room and it was great! Loved the balcony in the room as it overlooked a secluded little area of fauna- often watched wildlife from our view. The pool was delicious! Food was good too for the most part. Farther from town than we expected but found the local van transport into town for cheap- would recommend this place to stay.”
