「This house and property was perfect for our family of 13! Plenty of space and gorgeous views. Our host, Ro, was very helpful. It was a bit difficult to find the first time as the address didn’t take us to the exact location, but that was quickly worked out. It is in a good location within walking distance to a posh mall, public beach, and Go Mart. We would definitely go back!」

「This property was amazing for our family vacation. Perfect size and all the amenities. Filtered water is a huge plus. Private access to the beach was also fantastic. It is farther from a larger grocery store, but it is an easy uber ride. we also liked that is was not in the 'party zone' it was very peaceful. Miriam was very great to work with. She was timely with her communication and was very helpful with all of our questions. Highly recommend!!!」

「Villa Marlin is a great complex. The pools are clean, the property is well maintained for its age. The unit was not renovated and needs a bit of care, but it was clean and the view is absolutely amazing. 180 degrees of non-obstructed beach and ocean view. The owner is easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. The only complaint we have is the hardeness of the beds in the second room. My kids (young adults) found them a bit uncomfortable. Our stay was short but overall great!」

「Our family of 7 had the most amazing time in this lovely beach Villa. It was comfortable and spacious for us all. We loved the terrace and the private beach access just steps from the villa. The outside shower was super convinent. It came with a bbq grill, however one of the legs was a bit unsteady and not sturdy. The beds were comfortable.Cleaning service was included.
