I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We paid a significant amount for the room and even more to upgrade to the all-inclusive package, expecting to be able to enjoy the hotel’s amenities during our stay.
However, we quickly discovered that many of the facilities advertised were not actually available to guests. When we tried to book services such as massages or use certain facilities like the gym, we were told these were only accessible if you became a member. This wasn’t a normal hotel membership either — it required paying for a separate membership that lasts five years. This felt very misleading, as these amenities appear to be part of the hotel experience but are not actually available to regular guests.
On top of this, the food and drinks included in the all-inclusive package were very disappointing and well below the standard we expected for the price we paid.
Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertising. We paid a premium expecting a relaxing, full-service stay, but instead felt that many things were restricted or not worth the cost. Future guests should be made aware of these limitations before booking.
