Breakfast was always hot and stacked. The beach had a lot of seaweed that sat there every day smelling. The rooms are starting to get a little dated and run down and the tile in the pool are popping off all over the place so people are getting cut… The staff is always fabulous. The amenities are always great otherwise.

Tuve una experiencia realmente increíble en el Temptation Cancun Resort. Es un hotel único, ideal para quienes buscan algo diferente, divertido y completamente privado. Uno de los aspectos que más me gustó es que no se permiten cámaras, lo cual garantiza un ambiente de libertad y discreción total. Definitivamente, lo que pasa en Temptation, se queda en Temptation. Las dinámicas y juegos son espectaculares, siempre hay actividades durante el día y la noche que hacen que cada momento sea entretenido y distinto. La energía del lugar es contagiosa. La atención del personal es excepcional: siempre amables, atentos, con una sonrisa y una disposición constante para ayudar. Realmente hacen que la experiencia sea aún más especial. La comida es deliciosa, con restaurantes de excelente calidad y variedad. Además, el hotel cuenta con una playa hermosa y varias piscinas, incluyendo una principal con shows, juegos y entretenimiento todos los días. It was the worst vacation experience I’ve ever had. I paid premium prices, and the rooms were ugly. The service was terrible. There was nothing premium about it. The only thing here are swingers who really enjoy themselves and give the resort high ratings. It’s even below zero for me because I don’t care about the other stuff happening. If the resort had been nice, had good service, had good food, and had a lot of activities, it might have been okay. But it wasn’t.

We had a great time at Temptation from start to finish, the shuttle to and from the hotel was on time and the drivers were very friendly, the hotel in general was very clean, food was excellent, the drinks were really good, the service from everyone there is just incredible, everyone is always willing and ready to help with any requests you may have. We also liked the fact that the people selling the memberships for the hotel were not very pushy (at least to us). We would like to mention a few people that made our vacation extra special: Mitchell (Concierge/ membership sales advisor), Leo (breakfast waiter), Aldo (Steak House' waiter), All the entertainment team, (they are just the best), especial thanks to Deli (Entertainment Team) who, every day took her time to come and talk to us (Los Colombianos).

We recently stayed at Temptation Cancun Resort and overall had a great experience, especially when it comes to the food. We have visited Cancun about seven times, and this hotel stands out as the best so far for dining. The food was phenomenal, and the Italian restaurant was a highlight Chef Noel was amazing, The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The resort is also very clean and well maintained. However, they are quite strict about taking photos during activities and shows. One downside was transportation. The hotel does not provide airport transfers, so guests must arrange and pay for a private shuttle. Communication around this could be better our flight was delayed, and unfortunately the shuttle did not wait for us, and we did not receive a refund, so we had to pay for an extra taxi. The beach area is not the best compared to other resorts, but overall we still recommend this hotel, especially for the food and service.

The resort is not as fun as it used to be. Entertainers are trying but don’t build the relationships like the old ones and the games have been the same for years. But it is always a good time!

We’ve been many times and this time it was different. It is under new management so definitely not as good… we got there around 12:30… gave our bracelets and told to come back at 2:30 to get our room. We came back and were told to stand in line to get our room, told by the staff in the lobby if I don’t like I could talk to management , so we did and he got us our room number and was told our luggage would be there in 5 minutes, 45 minutes later I come back to retrieve our luggage…we were definitely not treated as VIP for Expedia, told there was no upgrade due to capacity, which I’m fine with but was told our bracelet would get us better privileges, only to find out while we were there, there was several days that the hotel was at 50% capacity so I’m sure a upgrade could’ve been given. Asked for a certain type of drink 3 times and was denied due to my color of bracelet but was told I could go to the rooftop to get it. Complained to management again and he said he’d fix it this one time…even the excursion crews were calling it a horrible mess now. The staff seems like it’s been cut in half… 2 bartenders for the pool bar foam party… we’ve had many great experiences there but this time was SO different…Expedia check in desk closed most of the time so would have to wait at desk for any questions… even the Premier members were complaining… so if it’s your first time, it is great but we know what it has been so to us it was mediocre at best..
