“We stayed for four days, and our room was never cleaned. The manager, Adriana, told us that we could take our own trash to a designated area they have for guests, which I did not think was appropriate.
On the second day, I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk. He was very kind and told me that he would send someone to clean our room the following day. We already had a tour scheduled that morning, so we thought it was perfect because they could clean the room while we were out.

“Very good hotel near the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. You can spend one day totally at the hotel to enjoy the beach and also the nice swimming pool in the hotel. Towels are provided.”

“The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.”
