“The location was amazing, conveniently located in the Zona Hotelera, right in front of the large shopping center and restaurants in Puerto Cancun. The place was beautiful, spacious, and we all had an amazing time. The communication from the host was prompt and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in the Zona Hotelera.”

“Outstanding property. Excellent communication with the host and prompt check-in, even though our flight was delayed 3 hours. The condo is beach front, with an unobstructed ocean view. The layout of this unit has the bedrooms upstairs and the living area downstairs, which we found quite convenient. Very good location withon the development. Kukulkan Plaza is just across the street for groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Our family had a most enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here……

“Definitely the most unpleasant vrbo stay, had to leave early as apartment was flooding through the windows. There were several roaches found. The bed skirts were dirty and stained from previous flooding. There was as mold on the back of the curtains from previous flooding near windows. we had to use all the towels to stop the flooding. Building staff was nice but building is very outdated. Elevators were small and only accommodate 3 at a time. Owner only gave a refund for days we did not stay,……
