"Breakfast is good. good selection. What i hate the most is Alejandra -the front desk - no smile, i wasn’t feel welcomed. I came in around 2:00pm, she told me without smiling to sit down and wait at 3:00 pm before i can check-in. I feel a little embarrassed since there’s some guests waiting. I sit down quietly and wait for 3:00pm. Go back to check in the counter. They didnt understand me. They thought i am checking out. Not a good experience for Hyatt hotel. I specifically choose hyatt, because i have high expectation. But choosing this location is a total fail. "

"The staff here are FANTASTIC! Big resort and very well maintained. Food was mediocre but we didn't starve. Wide variety of choices. Beach had a lot of seaweed. Some wild crocodiles and iguanas on resort."

"Excellent adults only facility with a beautiful pool area. We had the room with swim out and xhale club and the service was very personalized. All the staff including restaurants went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Favorite restaurants were French, Mexican and steakhouse."

"The resort is beautiful, well-kept, and has a welcoming, fun atmosphere. There is always something going on, and truly something for everyone. Check-in was quick and easy—we relaxed by the pool while waiting for our room, and loved the wristband room key system. The food was a huge highlight. Zen (Japanese) was a standout, along with Hunters, Armadillo, and Grazie. Every restaurant was clean, and the servers were attentive and kind. One night at the sushi bar stood out—we were the only ones there, and the chefs surprised us with off-menu creations, which made it feel so special and personalized. The entertainment was also amazing—the fire show, rock show, salsa lessons, & live music made every night fun. The vibe team brought great energy. We stayed in a swim-out room that didn’t get much sun, but spent most of our time at the Hideaway pools. What stood out most was the staff. Raul the bartender truly made our trip—he’s kind, funny, welcoming, and created such a fun atmosphere every day. We genuinely looked forward to seeing him. Hugo in the Hideaway went above and beyond and made our Bali bed day unforgettable. Andy, our Expedia rep, was extremely helpful and attentive, and Aaron in the lobby was also very kind. Every interaction showed how much the staff genuinely care. The only minor downside was the persistent spa/excursion offers and limited early pool seating, but it didn’t impact our experience much. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this resort!!"

"The resort was nice, when it’s slow season they don’t have that much entertainment. They lack activities for kids during the day. Not much to do around the area."
