Simple but perfect!.. Breakfast cooked a minute! Well Done! Great location and good value for money. If you want to avoid the big hotels in Cancun's beach it is very nice to be in the town center...Mexican atmosphere, good food and great atmosphere.

Our stay was overall good for the price. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, the bedding was comfortable, and we enjoyed having cable TV. The 24‑hour front desk was accurate, and staff were polite and available when needed. We also appreciated the help with our bags at checkout. Some amenities listed online weren’t clearly explained during check‑in, and based on the listed amenities, the process was vague — including housekeeping, the front‑desk safe, ATM/banking services, multilingual staff (seemed to only speak Spanish?), and tour/ticket assistance. We used the restaurant one time for breakfast, but a small, printed menu with dish names and ingredients would really help tourists unfamiliar with local dishes. Overall, this is a clean and comfortable place, and with clearer communication about amenities, the guest experience could be even smoother.

Simple but very clean hotel in a good central location between the Mercado 28 and the Parque de las Palapas, both in easy walking distance. The wifi in our room was strong and stable and the water pressure in the shower was good. Staff were friendly.

Inexpensive hotel located in Downtown Cancun, easy walk to Mercado 28 and Parque de las Palapas. Parking stall are very small so don’t rent a large car. Was quiet enough for being on a Main Street.

Nice quiet location

Quiet location, not much happening in this area unlike hotel zone. So for any activity or active night life etc, you need to travel to some place by walking to ado bus terminal and catching buses from there. But nice places to eat nearby like satyam, bao vegan, 100% natural.

This is a tough one to grade. In one hand it was clean, safe, comfortable, great staff, pretty close to transit and good value. On the other hand sink plugged (which was fixed the next day), I wouldn’t look under the sheets cause the mattress really has to go, room phone doesn’t not work(line is dead), safe box not working and when I mentioned it I was told “none of them work” and the area, not the most upscale. Very run down. Would I stay there again? hmmmmm, not really.
