"Great location, beautiful hotel just a bit outdated. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, mini fridge was not working, took 3 days to get it replaced as well as the iron. Beds were clean and comfortable, for an all inclusive Resort food can be a little better. However, over all was a good time. Pool was incredibly good, family oriented activities, live music outdoors was great & a Cigar Lounge onsite which I loved because I’m a cigar smoker."

Desde el check-in hasta el último día, el servicio fue de primera: atentos, amables y siempre con una sonrisa. Todo estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado. La habitación amplia, cómoda y con una vista al mar impresionante. La comida deliciosa en todos los restaurantes, con mucha variedad y calidad. La playa es preciosa, la piscina increíble y siempre había espacio y buen ambiente. También disfruté mucho de las actividades dentro del hotel. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería. "Food was awesome , the specialty restaurants food is amazing , staff is great, rooms are super clean. Ambience in the day was great however at night after the show in the theater there was not much to do but sit at the lobby bar which has plenty of seating areas and just mingle or go to the lounge bar which also has plenty of seating areas and a pool table and TVs but no loud music it’s not a club lounge type. Overall it’s a great resort . "

"The property standards exceeded our expectations. We had a few maintenances issues but all were quickly resolved. The restaurants were superb and provided a huge variety to choose from. The rooms were clean and in immaculate condition. The staff were all outstanding and I would certainly give it top consideration for future trips to Cancun. Overall, it was an outstanding vacation."
