The room was fully equipped, and the owner was always available to support with any questions. They were very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, with all tour pickups easily accessible from the area. The beach is just downstairs, offering beautiful sunsets from the room and breathtaking...

「I love Cancun Plaza and loved the condo we stayed in. The only thing between the ocean and our balcony wa the beach. The pool is great and there are several places to eat that are walkable. The Bus stops right in front and wi take you everywhere for 12 pesos. I would stay here again.」

We found another place down the street which was accessible. They have not been forthright in issuing or processing a refund. I emailed over 5 persons and did not get a straight answer.」

「Very great location at the beach and the condo was very spacious and clean. Did have an issue with the hot water heater twice during my week stay but was fixed promptly. Communication with the host was very good. Big supermarket and shopping right across the street. The community is also right next to a hospital. Very convenient to get groceries for cooking. Has a guard at the gate and at the pools. Very safe and secure. 」
