“My fur baby and I had a wonderful stay at Fiesta Americana Villas Cancún. The resort is beautiful, super pet friendly, well-maintained, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. A special thank you to Eric, my massage therapist, who gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. His technique was exceptional, and every dollar I spent was absolutely worth it. “The only restaurant that has good food was the Chinese restaurant and the waiter Gerardo is amazing he is the best, also Francisco the butler he’s really helpful and has great customer service. The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. He is rude and only pay attention to the members so he can receive tips from them, he didn’t let me get any chair and didn’t want to open the umbrella he even gave popsicles to the other guest and even bother to ask the non-member……

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”
