"Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Grand palladium kantenah. La family selection était un plus. Nous avons eu un excellent service de notre Buttler Daniel! Oui, il y a des algues…c’est la vie, mais les piscines sont grandes et belles et il est tout à fait possible d’aller relaxer et lire à la plage."

"My husband and I are in love with this resort. Everything about this resort is perfect. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a cold towel upon arrival. The lobby is open air, minimalist, tastefully decorated and clean. Actually, the entire resort is very clean. There is always someone cleaning or minding the plants in the common areas. We decided to stay here to celebrate our 43rd anniversary and this resort did not disappoint. They celebrated our anniversary every night after dinner with a cake and sparklers. On our anniversary night, there was a cake and bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room after dinner. My husband and I are not pool people. We hung out at the beach most of our stay. Though there were sargassum, nonetheless we still enjoyed the beach and the sound of crashing waves. What makes this resort special in my opinion are the employees. They will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and memorable. These are the staff I have encountered and had a pleasure of meeting. Nahum - from the steakhouse Eskarlett - from the steakhouse Tessa - bfast buffet Luis - bfast buffet Gabriel - beachside server Agustin - food manager Maricell - front desk Karla - asst manager Last but not the least, the housekeeping staff - they work like ninjas, our room is always sparkling clean and fresh every time we return from the beach. Thank you, Devossion for a memorable experience. We will be back for sure."

"The grounds and the pools are beautiful. Enrique, especially, Luis and the other bartenders at the pool/beach bar are wonderful, as are Adriana, Claudia and Esteban at the Lobby Bar. We really enjoyed the daily evening cocktail with Esteban. The rooms are kept clean daily. There are plenty of food options, and while the specialty restaurant menus are not quite as good as they have been in the past, the food is still very good. Sargassum has been issue the past couple of years we’ve been here, but they do a great job of trying to keep it cleaned up. This is definitely our favorite place to stay in Playacar."
