「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic...

「The Kids’ Club really stood up, the staff were nice and they had a good daily schedule for kids. Kids could also participate in theatre performances and dance in the evenings. My son really enjoyed participating. We also liked the food at the resort.」

「We loved this hotel and would definitely come back. Daily breakfast was included, the room was beautiful and spacious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. You also can park your car for free in the underground parking garage. The only deterrents were that the walls seem thin and you can sometimes hear other guests, and the hotel plays very loud club beat music in the restaurant/pool area starting at 8:30 a.m. and lasting all day.
