We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The water park was great and our kids absolutely loved it. The food was also very good with plenty of options for everyone. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily come back again.

Absolutely the best vacation I have ever had. Everything from the moment we arrived was luxury. The beach was perfect, our swim up room was amazing and the food was spectacular. More than all of these things it was the staff, they are all about service and their attitude was so warm and inviting, they truly made us feel at home. . Definitely returning!!!!

We’ve stayed at many all-inclusives in the area including the Wyndham Azteca and Westin Cozumel and this resort is better in most ways. The food is extremely high quality, the staff are wonderful, and the grounds are beautiful. We had some problems with the first room we were given but a man named Daniel found us an updated room that was perfect. The gym is the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen, and I travel a lot.

Staff were very friendly and helpful!! We had a complimentary room upgrade which was so appreciated. There were a lot of food options, and everything was tasty!! Our airport shuttle was cancelled last-minute due to lack of drivers (the company was Shuttle Central), and we needed a shuttle at 5AM for our return flight. I called the front desk staff around 11:30PM, and they were incredibly helpful in coordinating a shuttle for that next morning! Loved our stay, and we will definitely be back!!

We love this resort - just completed our 5th visit! However, it's very quiet - no night life for the younger generation. Coba is the place for families as it offers a nice water park for the kiddies and seems the busiest for families. We always stay in adult only sections. The food and staff are amazing, especially the ala carte restaurants.
