“Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous.
The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude.

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. “This is the best resort we have stayed at in Mexico. It is an amazing property with so much to offer in terms of food, drinks, pools, entertainment, beach/snorkeling. You really don't have to leave the property at all as they have everything you need for a fabulous vacation. “I stayed in the 3 Bedroom Villa & it’s a perfect place for a big family. 1 bedroom upstairs has to twin beds. The 2 bed room’s downstairs has there on restroom’s. Villa could host easy 12 people but owner only aloud 8 or nine people. Maybe more if you send a message. I give staff 💯/ respect every staff member was so kind & helpful.
