"Beautiful property and wonderful service. The hot tubs were not heated in multiple areas and the hot tub on our balcony was not working. The food was OK, but not as good as what we have had in comparable resorts in Mexico. "

"Villa De Rosa was exactly as described. Our 2 bedroom Ocean view condo was amazing and in good condition unlike several places in Mexico we have stayed at. The beach and ocean was perfect with great snorkeling and swimming area's. Tony was amazing as advertised and was incredible helpful and always available. he would call us a taxi when needed and made sure we where taken care of. He also helped many guest with getting a rental car. the location is very central to all the best activities from Tulum to Playa Del Carmen. We recommend renting a car which we did for our last 3 days as the taxis are very expensive and shopping for groceries is a bit tricky without a car. I highly recommend this condo resort!! "

"The room was spotless, I would leave a note and a tip and the lovely person would go over and above to meet my needs. I loved how kind the staff was, the food was excellent! My teenage daughter and I did this trip to see what it was like and we are going to bring back my sons and husband for Spring break. We are going to stay in the Luxury part for the private pool area. The beach was one of the most beautiful I have seen. A Caribbean bath as we referred to it. "

A very lively nightlife, we never had to look hard for live music or entertainment! Will definitely be coming back next year. 10/10"
