「My wife and I were celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary. The resort is perfectly situated for a romantic getaway. At checkin, we were upgraded to the preferred club without asking. The property was clean and well maintained. Service and food were outstanding!! All of the staff were friendly and engaging. The beach was full of sargassum seaweed; however, this is beyond the control any resort. Was an excellent trip and we’ve already talked about returning.」

El hotel se veía muy bien en las fotos al hacer la reserva, por lo que al llegar estuve un poco decepcionada, nos otorgaron una habitación en el lote 21 piso tres y la habitación estaba muy deteriorada, muebles dañados desgastados y baño en malas condiciones, no estaba a la altura del costo del hotel, la buena noticia fue que llamamos a la recepción y nos dieron la opción de cambiar al lote 17 en el primer piso que estaba en mejores...
