“An excellent experience. This resort goes above and beyond expectations of service, location, and amenities with excellent dining options including, Ala cart, amazing buffets, alfresco and room service. The entertainment was top notch. The pools, water sports and all inclusive activities were varied and plentiful. The grounds were beautifully landscaped gardens with lots of jungle walking paths and secluded hideouts. We loved it.”

We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!”

“We enjoyed our stay overall. The resort itself is beautiful and well maintained. There are wildlife running around the resort, including iguanas, flamingos and coatis which was really cool. It was very kid friendly with greatpools and pool and non-pool activities for kids. Some of the food was decent, but the buffets and dinners had some top notch cuisine that my school aged kids also enjoyed. The Family Select areas were very well maintained and my kids really enjoyed the walk-out pool and……

“Property was nice and clean and lots to do . Not easy to book reservations for restaurants even though we had a butler. The nest buffet wasn’t good not a lot of options we had to walk to other buffets to eat .”

“We had an excellent stay here. The room was great, comfortable bed and kept immaculately clean by the staff. Pools were large and spacious, clean as well. The restaurants were wonderful - highly recommend the hibachi and the mexican restaurant, but should note that usually only 1 or 2 is open each night, at least during the season we were there. The buffet was just fine, pretty standard for an all inclusive in my opinion. Overall, would happily stay here again any time. Should also note that……

“Comfy beds, perfect temperature in the rooms~ we just had just the basic room and it was great! Loved the balcony in the room as it overlooked a secluded little area of fauna- often watched wildlife from our view. The pool was delicious! Food was good too for the most part. Farther from town than we expected but found the local van transport into town for cheap- would recommend this place to stay.”
