「The entire staff at the resort are amazing. Our concierge Gina was very helpful with recommendations for tours off the property, and things to do on the property. Carlos and Dieder from the entertainment team were full of energy and so genuine in their desire to make sure we were engaged and having fun. It is marketed it as an adult only resort, but we saw a good amount of kids the entire time. The room was the best part about our stay, they even serviced our room twice a day.
