The room was clean and had fabulous views through the enormous window in the living room and small balcony in the bedroom. Unfortunately the seaweed on the beach was particularly bad which rendered the beach unusable but there was a great bar called La Buena Vida next door with a pool, good food and reasonably priced beer. Alternatively Akumal beach (with much less seaweed) was a 10 minute walk down the road. I would definitely recommend.

Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Spacious condo. Maids were excellent. Beds were comfortable.
It was very windy in the beginning of the stay. The many doors were rattling and the louvered window whistled. We were on the fourth floor so it made a wind tunnel up the stairway.

The initial room we checked in to was not the room we were expecting. We were expecting a small kitchen, larger room and bathroom as per the pictures from our booking. We had to upgrade our room at the hotel to a mych larger room, full kitchen, larger bathroom etc. but it cost us another USD50/ night or $350 for the week.

Room was spacious with a great view. Was awesome to leave the door open with the screen door closed and sleep with the waves crashing right below.
But there were downsides. No hot water for showering, and when we asked about it the staff was evasive and never offered a solution or apology.
The mattress was ok but definitely in need of replacement - sagging and no more loft and cushion.
The couch was faded, old, and sagged with little support.
Everything just feels a bit in need of updating - though I did like some of the painted tile.
No coffee or tea was provided, but there was a jug of filtered drinking water. Appreciated the kitchen amenities.
Overall we had a good stay, but I'm sure there are nicer hotels and condos available for comparable prices.

The staff was great, warm ,friendly and helpful. We stayed in a two bedroom 2 bath condo with 2 bathrooms. It is a basic , not glamorous, equip with basics for kitchen and bath. Bring your own toiletries as they are not supplied.
The beds were firm and made with crispy white sheets! Our con do was spotlessly clean , we were very happy.

Rooms were clean and very spacious, A/C was perfect, very nice patio/balcony with furniture and hammocks. Several choices within walking distance for dining. Didn’t see any staff around except at check-in, but we really didn’t need any services during our stay.
