You'll be sharing the space with beautiful wildlife, be prepared for a real jungle experience. We stayed in the villa with a private cenote-water pool and a lovely outside patio perfect for evening reading. Be advised: there are no TVs, which is exactly the point! The continuous sounds of the jungle provided the most relaxing……

They always went above and beyond for making hard to find reservations, helping with the room needs outside the hours, making personal recommendations for the area attractions, etc. The resort is beautiful and is sprawling (includes 5 different resorts, with one being your primary). They have great shows and great options for dining or snacking or relaxing. Excellent and fun workout activities. Would go back again. ”

“The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. ”

The staff on the entire property were so nice and accommodating. Our local host Josue checked in everyday to assist us with anything we needed like booking activities and dinner reservations. All of the food at the restaurants was very good! My husband and I enjoyed the couples massage at the spa as well! ”
