"All staff were extremely helpful. The resort was beautiful and very well kept. We were asked often if we deeded anything and if everything was okay. The quest services person in our building knew my name, just by face, and used it often. Because the resort is in a larger compound, we were able to go to the different resorts plus go to the hacienda without leaving the compound. I would a million times recommend this place. "

"We just wrapped up a 12-day stay at Catalonia Royal Tulum, and once again it reminded us why we keep coming back. This was our 17th visit, and we're anxiously looking forward to the 18th. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the people. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel special, loved, and genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The beach is the BEST in Mexico, the food was so good we both gained 5 pounds! "The only thing is, make sure you go when there is more people. We arrived December 9th and it was like a ghost town. People started showing up closer to the weekend. Hopefully we can bring a very large group next time."

"We stayed in the Preferred Club Rooftop Master Suite with Plunge Pool, and it was truly incredible. The room was stunning, and the private rooftop with the plunge pool was such a beautiful, relaxing space — it felt so luxurious and peaceful. We spent time at the beach club, which was stunning! The beach is gorgeous, with soft sand and fun waves — the perfect combination for both relaxing and enjoying the water. The food was outstanding everywhere we ate. Every meal was delicious, and they even had an asado one night which was so fun! What really stood out, though, was the staff. The bartenders and servers throughout the resort were incredibly kind, funny, and attentive — always making sure everyone was having a great time and feeling taken care of. I truly have zero complaints. I loved every moment of our stay and would absolutely return. Secrets Tulum exceeded every expectation and delivered a perfect vacation experience."
