This was hands-down the best resort we have ever been to. It was super clean and the staff was extremely caring and friendly! Adan was our concierge and he was awesome! He got us into the restaurants we asked for and continually checked on us. He genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time! We also loved the spa! We did the hydrotherapy and wow!!! Gerard at the spa took us through it and was amazing (because we had no idea what we were doing). He was fantastic! He even made us a wonderful coffee! We just got home today and I absolutely recommend this resort!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

Es ideal para familias, la comida es de excelente calidad. alma la chika del restaurante pueblito linda hace unos capuchinos únicos tanto en diseño como en sabor, felicidades! El personal es profesional y atento, tuve un incidente y olvidé mi celular en el auditorio platea me di cuenta de inmediato, regresé y ya no estaba, aunque de momento no me daban una razón, Christian el concierge del edificio me indicó que NO se debía perder nada hizo una llamada y en un par de minutos me estaban entregando mi equipo, situación que AGRADEZCO MUCHISIMO. También quiero manifestar que es la segunda vez que visitamos el hotel, y planea regresar.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Sirenis. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant and relaxing experience. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options and consistently high quality throughout our stay. It really added to the overall enjoyment of the trip. We especially want to recognize the Expedia representatives on site, Eduardo and Alfred. They were absolutely fantastic—professional, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure guests had the best possible experience. Their support made a big difference for us. The only area that could use improvement is the spa. The prices felt quite high relative to the services provided, and the water circuit experience was not as relaxing as expected. Since it is available to many guests across the hotel, it was often very crowded, making it difficult to fully enjoy and unwind. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The service, food, and overall atmosphere made it a memorable experience.

Our stay at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing from check-in to check-out! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so attentive and welcoming. The resort itself is beautiful and incredibly clean, you can really tell they take great pride in maintaining the grounds. Every area felt well cared for and relaxing. The staff were truly INCREDIBLE. Guest services consistently checked in on us, and since we booked through Expedia, we even received a complimentary hydrotherapy spa experience, which was such a nice touch. At dinner each night, the staff always made sure we were happy, and the service at every restaurant was top-tier. Our favorite experience was Carnal—the show and the food were both AMAZING and definitely a highlight of our trip! But the person who truly made our stay unforgettable was Isaias, the bartender at Sambay. He went above and beyond for my boyfriend and me, providing exceptional service and making every visit so fun and memorable. Overall, this resort was nothing short of perfect. If you’re thinking about going—DO IT. You won’t regret it!

My family just returned from a 5 day stay at this hotel and we could not have been happier- the property is modern and is beautifully decorated as well as very clean in all areas. The staff is lovely and highly attentive to its guests, making us feel pampered and cared for. The concierge staff (special thanks to Juan) went out of their way to get us the best dinner times and restaurants as the restaurants were quite crowded due to spring break. The pools are massive and never felt crowded, the food was delicious in the buffets and specialty restaurants and the room was cleaned well each day. We loved seeing the adorable monkeys and other animals too! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Rooms were large and spacious. Our bedding had two stains upon arrival. Food was fine but we were disappointed with the restaurant Carnal as food was no up to par. Entertainment was fun. Pool activities were great, loved the lazy river! Definitely need more shuttle vehicles. They were infrequent and not large enough. We were unable to ride around them to check out resort, told must have a destination. Concierge service was excellent. Luis, Yessica, Adan and Alfred were standouts. Food service staff were excellent and attentive. Coffee shops Tostados was slow and had no spoons one day and no cutlery the next day which was disappointing.

This resort is only for people who enjoy walking. While the buffet is great and the cafe has good coffee, everything requires quite a walk. Also, don't waste your time talking to the myriad of concierges that will approach you. They can't even solve a simple request, though they are really good at pretending that they will.

Me encantó el hotel. Todo fue excelente, la habitación, las amenidades de la habitación, las albercas, los bares, los snack bars y el buffete todo excelente. El concierge todos súper amables, te explicaban todo súper claro y te ayudaban con todas tus dudas. No recuerdo el nombre de las chicas pero estuvimos en el edificio 24 y en verdad que su atención fue excelente. El Front Desk igual todos super amables. El Bell boy de nuestra llegada es de Veracruz e igual súper síper amable. Los meseros The Park en especial Jaime otra onda y del restaurante Carnal el mesero Adolfo igual super amable y del Tonino el mesero Basilio fuera de serie nos atendió 11/10. No tengo ni una sola queja del hotel solo que no pudimos estar más días porque en verdad lo vale. Estaremos pronto de vuelta.

Room was a disaster. Drains in room did not work called for service everyday I was there. The drain in sink was fixed day 3 along with the shower handheld component. However, shower drain never was fixed and we had a flood in the room that reached out to the beds. My kids were showering and didn’t realize that it was overflowing on the fourth day. We called to complain someone came out and tested and said it was fine. I was told it was fixed so the fifth day they didn’t pay attention to it assuming it was fixed. Well, it certainly was not and just a bad flood all over again. The hotel did not want to compensate us in any way.

We enjoyed our stay here, rooms were clean and well maintained. Our Expedia booking gave use a personal concierge, Adan he was exceptional from dinner reservations, and advice about local excursions, and things to do. The property had a kids club, a separate teenagers club. All the staff from bartenders, servers, and housekeeping made sure our stay was wonderful. Would recommend this property for families with kids. Food buffet had many options, and most of the food was catered towards American cusine.

This is a wonderful resort! We've been to a few all inclusives; we love how spread out this one is (as long as you're OK to walk a lot), how much nature/animals there are, the food is wonderful, staff & drinks are great too! Restaurants are hard to book, but buffet is great. Not crowded either, never had to wait in line much for drinks or food, and could always find beach chairs. We LOVE the beach here! Snorkeling, plenty of chairs, white sand.

Pool - excellent Staff- really nice and helpful Every thing is clean and smells good The food so tasty and rich To improve: The gym is so small, the equipment are not in good condition, could be better. The same is the room conditions, it is a big and really nice room but needs maintenance. Bottom line, I liked this hotel and enjoyed my vacation

Clean and spacious resort. Being spread out makes it less crowded or noisy. Good pool and ocean is long and plenty of space to seat.
