Die Consierge Yessica, Ana, Geovanni und Mexia waren superfreundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Besser geht nicht. Beim Frühstück hat uns Jose Cocom immer superschnell und sehr freundlich bedient. Er war immer am „herumwirbeln“ damit es allen Gästen gut geht. Sie alle haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr versüßt. Das Zimmer, der Pool und das gesamte Hotel waren immer sauber und es hat uns gefallen so viele Tiere auf der Anlage zu sehen. Der einzige „Mangel“ waren die blauen Liegen am Strand. Die sind einfach durch und sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen! Und hat es an nichts gefehlt!

Room very outdated. Nowhere to put your clothes. Air conditioning didn’t work and Maintenance had to come three times during our week to try and fix it. Lots and lots of Stairs everywhere. Steep big stairs to get to main buffet and lobby with only one small elevator. Beaches were a total disaster. Pools were ok. Drinks were good. Bar tenders are quite rude throughout the whole property. Food was amazing. Staff at The buffet were kind and very good.

This resort has two great activity pools and a large, quiet pool. Finding chairs was rarely an issue . Our room was amazing and the food was exceptional. We booked our a la carte meals with the lobby cincierge when we arrived and he was great. There is definitely a lot of walking as it's a huge resort, so bring a good neach/pool bag and travel mug so you dont have to go back and forth to your room. That said, Grand Sirenis is definitely a resort we'll visit again.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at Grand Sirenis. The staff were incredible. They keep the resort spotless, were extremely friendly, and just very helpful and attentive. Adan went especially above and beyond. When my husband was trying to find a specific peso for his collection, he tracked one down and sought out my husband to share. We were shocked. The entertainers were also amazing. Different shows every night and the quality left me speechless. The pools and lazy river were clean and the pool entertainments made each day fun. My kids had a blast and we definitely hope to return again.

We loved the resort. It looked like it had recently remodeled. All the furniture and decor in the buffets and restaurants looked new. The food was amazing! The outdoor sunset bar area was huge and a great way to relax before air after dinner. So many options for drinks, ice cream, coffees! The room was clean and well appointed. It looked modern and fresh, guessing also a recent remodel. Not the biggest fan of the energy saving motion sensing lights in the bathroom. My daughter was in the tub and out of the range of the sensor so she was tasked with getting out in pitch black. Also, having the lights turn on full force when you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom is quite a wake up call. That being said, the lights were our only criticism of our visit to Grand Sirenis. There were plenty of shuttles to take you places on the resort if you want, but you can easily get your 10,000 steps (and then some) if you love to walk like we did. There are lots of steps, so I would be hesitant to bring my very much less mobile in-law; however, if you are savvy finding elevators and using the shuttle, I think we could find solutions. Lots of pools - quiet if you like quiet, energetic if you prefer that. Lots of seats around the pools and beach. We didn't visit the beach as much as planned because of the sargassum. I think it must be a losing effort at this point of the season so except for some pushing around, it wasn't really being removed except by the member beach club.

Room was excellent. Staff throughout the resort was incredible, so friendly, helpful and always so willing to go the extra mile. Shout out to Ana, Mexia,Giovanni, and Yessica. Buffet and a la carte dining were incredible, service amazing. Pools and lazy river were hits. Very large property, a compass would have been helpful!

A lovely resort. Beautiful grounds and beach. An abundance of wildlife. Good food - I am vegetarian and I had no issues. Staff are great. The drinks seemed weak. Loved the lazy river. The rooms did the job, big and lots of storage. You won't be in room too much - it is so much better outside on the grounds. A special mention to Afred, our expedia conceriage. He was amazing, very knowledgable and helpful.

From an older perspective… too big and not nearly enough shuttles. Had to wait a long time and people going to spa always took presidence Our toilet easily clogged and water ran constantly despite maintenance attempts to stop Food was very good on the whole but buffets very noisy and busy. Need more people cleaning tables and servers.
There was a lot of seaweed and rocky entrance to ocean I got an ear infection after 1 snorkel in the bay
