Resort is set in a lush jungle-like swtting with rooms in small buildings (4 rooms per building). Nice comfortable rooms in good condition and clean. Good food at restaurants and good selection at buffets. Usually a special lunch served by the beach/pools. Good beach with some shade if you want it. Activities for adults and kids daily and nightly shows were ok. Downsides - sewage smell near area where nightly shows held; we were subjected to a sales pitch upon arrival; little to no hot water in showers - fairly minor items overall.

This was average for its price range. The staff were very friendly, but way too few with minimal service pool side or in the restaurants. They head centralized water centers, but the containers they provided were heavy, bulky glass containers. The water near our room was out of service for the week. Despite asking every day for Coke in our mini fridge, they made continued to say she was out. We tried all three restaurants. The food was bland and usually cold. The remainder of the time we ate at the buffet, which was essentially the same fair every evening and all things were room temperature and bland. The location was very close and great for diving to pick us up on the dock but very far from town requiring a $25 cab ride. overall, it was an acceptable stay, but I would not return to this hotel.

We had a great star at this resort! The staff were amazing (shoutout to everyone that works here)! The pool and beach were fantastic, however I do have a major complaint - they need more sand on the beach volleyball court. Multiple people were smacking their knees and toes off of cement as there was the tiniest layer of sand over concrete. It’s been 4 days and my knee is still disgusting and won’t heal and it’s been cleaned and take care of properly. The food was good, but I was disappointed with how the smokehouse restaurant only had Americanized type food. We were excited for a nice steakhouse type (something more authentic, but pub style food) Resort was beautiful. A little confusing to get around at times, but it was a fun challenge at first Rooms are nice, but the bathroom has no fan or windows that open - you can hear everyone doing their business in there and it smells up the whole room. Not having windows that open also caused our stuff to be damp and musty smelling. Beds are comfy

Staff amazing plus nightly entertainment crew were the best, so fun and lively shows every night. Ana the waitress remembered us from last year and she is also amazing. Every employee I met was a 10.

Staff kept the resort spotless. From the landscapers, to the ladies around the pool area, to the pool cleaners, to the restaurants, to our room, everywhere you looked the place was very well kept. The food was solid too. So many daily, fresh choices. We were very well fed.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beach was deceiving. Closed two days due to winds, and a miserable walk out into the water from the beach. Very rocky even with water shoes. There is pier access into the water farther in that is waist-chest deep and was fine. Could’ve been just a bad week of weather, but we could barely see anything as compared to the pictures of the other beach, resorts, and areas on the West Coast of Cozumel. A little disappointing that what we came for was virtually unusable for snorkeling or even just walking in to the water from the beach. Food was ok, only Mexican restaurant really was amazing. Lots of variety, mediocre quality. Also, they didn’t seem overly concerned that the native raccoon species of Coati, regularly assalted the dining hall and one breakfast, even just climbed into my wife’s seat and eat her her food off her plate. They’re cute, but I have sanitation concerns. Rooms/bungalows are tight, and we had giant American cockroaches last two days. They sprayed, but concerning. Other than that, the pools were nice and the jungle atmosphere of the resort is very calming. We use the gym multiple days and it has enough to get the job done, including a squat rack, a bench press and multiple cardio machines.
Pier. They do have a scuba dive station, and we did take a snorkeling trip directly from the dock.

No hot water in the morning all five days. Pool water was too cold to enjoy. Speciality restaurants were under staffed with lots of empty tables, but making people wait 40 minutes each night. The fish entree served at lunch and dinner was called coal fish, which is pollock. This fish was not pollock, probably mackerel, very salty and fishy. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Staff was very polite. The cleaning crew used to bang on the door waking us up even when the welcome sign wasn’t on the door and the blinds were closed. The laundry service did not read instructions on the label and shrank my son’s new pants. Food was better at the Oriental restaurant. Nice place for snorkeling.

Gorgeous resort with the friendliest staff all over. Be aware that the beach has a reef so you definitely need water shoes although there is a pier from where you can get in the water. Food was delicious and fresh and they were also very accommodating to food allergies which for our family is gluten. Nayeli, the kitchen supervisor was the best at making sure each meal was safe at the buffets and the restaurant were also very good with that. Also, for lunch, Maria made the best tacos!

Rooms and room service was excellent! Staff at pool was very attentive and we never longed for anything. Music at pool was just a little loud. Might want to heat pools during Winter months. Food at all restaurants was fresh, plentiful and lots of range. Would come again.

Clean Rooms, if you do not like animals i would not stay here. Coati are everywhere, even in the restaurants. It is normal, but i felt it needed to be said for good information.
