“We stayed there for a week with our friends and that was a good thing we were with friends as there was very little entertainment and in the evening your option was get drunk or read a book. Twice 2 restaurants at a time were closed for dinner and that created long wait to get food. Staff was nice and helpful, rooms are spacious however outdated, internet was good in the lobby but scatchy in the room the best part was the beach clean of seaweed and we could snorkel right off the beach.”

“Very nice property - beautiful. Plenty of pool and beach chairs. Staff friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms, property, pool and beach. Ocean entry from beach is dead coral, so swim shoes/socks are needed. There is a pier with steps to enter the water and there are fish for snorkeling. Dressel Drivers are on site for booking water sports. Nightly entertainment is LOTS OF FUN!!! Top shelf drinks! Food is very good. Wildlife is excellent! We booked a Jr Suite that slept 4. Private bedroom……

“I have nothing but good things to say about this resort. It had everything we were looking for and more. Staff was all excellent, especially Miguel our pool waiter. We did not leave the resort the entire week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We have 2 young kids (2 & 4) and they also had a blast. I would definitely go back.”

“Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable à l’hébergement Sayu à Cozumel et nous le recommandons. L’emplacement est idéal, très près du centre-ville. Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. Points positifs : lit King très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e réfrigérateur pratique, grande table extérieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. Les vélos prêtés sont agréables mais malheureusement seulement 2 fonctionnels, les autres……

“Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. Great location from which you could easily and safely walk to restaurants, shopping, the plaza, and two large grocery stores if you needed to pick up stuff. I would highly……

“Excelente ubicación, el área para snorkel muy padre. La cena muy rica y buen servicio. Recomiendo 100% el paquete con alimentos y bebidas. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el servicio en el desayuno y la primera habitación q nos dieron por qué pagamos vista al mar y nos dieron una habitación con árbol enfrente y vista hacia un techo con condensadoras de Aires y que hacían ruido. El personal nos ayudó y nos dio un upgrade complementario al piso más alto y la vista fue espectacular. ”
