I came for Iron 70.3 in September, didn’t make a lot of pre-research on the hotel but it’s absolute one of the best Customer Service and Staff I’ve ever experienced in my life. We traveled to Mexico about three times a year and this was one of the number one vacations. We’ve had there the staff was absolutely incredible. I’m going back for sure next year to race again and I signed up for the rewards program

Overall we loved Cozumel Palace. The service was over the top excellent and they make you feel like the most important person there. I cannot stress enough how much we like this resort. The property is newly renovated and everything looks and smells new. Overall I give Cozumel Palace an A . We are thinkimg about coming here every year for our anniversary.

This hotel is beautiful! The room was clean and comfortable. The food was good and the staff was even better. Accommodating, friendly, answered questions and very attentive. The pool was fantastic. The only down side is that there is no sand beach access to the ocean, but that is nothing the hotel has control over. Great property. Will be back!
