Not the garden property view what is advertised. Then no restaurant as advertised on their website, it was closed. 「Smooth arrival and check in. The room was cleaned “okay” upon our arrival to the room, although few garbage pieces were still present from previous occupants. Not a big deal but still 😐 The room cleaning is inconsistent, one day cleaned, next no, same with nightly turn down service, it was done not on every night. Concierge service in What’s app is not good and the only thing that made us unhappy. We were let down on dinner reservations many times with empty promises and no follow ups....
