「Todo muy lindo … el」

「We arrived on 10/14/2026 with a group of 8. We got checked in and ALL of my money was in my wallet. We took our bags to our room and were in a hurry to get to the pool with our group. We did not unpack. We came back to the room to get ready for dinner and the show. We still did not unpack until after the show. While unpacking I found that ALL of our money had been taken from my wallet, over $1100. We went to the front desk and security came back to search the room. They did not find anything....

After waiting in the lobby for 4hrs and finally getting into our room, there was no running water. The food was not good and was served cold. We paid $100 for snorkeling photos and have not received them as of yet. This is our 3rd...
