“Secrets six night stay and were disappointed by day two. We had an urgent wildlife issue in our room and told the front desk we were frightened. After three phone calls, two trips to the front desk, and asking for a manager, it still took 50–60 minutes for someone to arrive. We’ve also had a major ant problem. The bathtub initially ran yellow water, the cold-water faucet did not work, and the bedroom balcony door came off its track and hit me on the head—a serious safety concern. As gluten-free……

“Lo único bonito la vista a la playa nada más , el lugar está muy descuidado , atenciones pésimas , el aire lo prenden a las 9pm con la calor que hace , luego lo apagan a las 8am este lugar no debería ser rentable menos a ese precio 👎, todavía sigo esperado la devolución de un día que no nos quedamos”

“This was one of my all time favorite trips. Juan Carlos greeted us upon arrival and made sure we understood all of the amenities available to us as this property was truly all inclusive. He was very helpful and truly the people that work at this hotel were all attentive, friendly and kind and just a pleasure to interact with. We even bumped into Juan Carlos in town as we took a taxi and went into town every night. The food was delicioso! Be sure to order the fish tacos and eat on the deck. We……
