「This place has fallen dramatically in quality, and it’s the last time we’ll stay there—after half a dozen stays at Secrets and Dreams in Cozumel. We had the most expensive room in the resort (top floor suite with plunge pool), and things didn’t work, they forgot to clean the room, maintenance requests took three calls, etc. After complaining, they assigned a “guest relations” guy to try to smooth things over. We had four rooms, and one of the kids’ rooms had water leaking from the ceiling with...
