The propeerty was clean. We were ina premium suite so we had one of the nicer locations and rooms. The food at the buffet was below average. It was room temperature at best. Also, the Italian restaurant was very weak. The lasagna was 2 layer and mostly cheese sauce. I would not have known it was lasagna other than that is what they called it on the menu. I am used to 7 layer with some firmness to it. This was soft and mushy. I ordered the t-bone. It was very thin 1/4 inch thick and tough. I didn't finish it. The Japanese place was good and they put on a nice show. The little premium room had the same food as the buffet with not as big a selection, but at least they kept it warm. ALSO. --- The premium level guests had a pink bracelet. This is to distinguish them from the other guests, especially at the premium only pool. They allow "Members", people who bought time share things, to go there also. That is fine. But, the members and the regular guests both have white bracelets. They say "First Club" on the memebers and Allegro on the regular guests, but you cannot tell without looking closely. I am pretty sure we had some regular guests at the premium pool, but you cannot tell them apart. the 'Members' need to have a third color.
