「There were 4 rooms for us on the trip. One party had to change rooms twice and another twice due to a/c outages, leaking a/c and bugs. Staff moved us in the middle of the night, with no directions. Management was nearly impossible to speak with, causing us to miss majority of a day because we were told to just wait and keep checking for them to come back. 「The rooms were clean but needed upgrades, tv was old and had two black lines in the middle. No food variety and most of it was tasteless. Beach was awesome.
