「Muy buen lugar, así empiezan las descripciones, pero quedan cortas las palabras expresar que; casi no quisieras descansar por contemplar sus vistas a la naturaleza, y lo fácil que es relajarse y consentirse con sus vistas dentro de la habitación y jazuzzi. En familia es una maravilla y entre miradas intercambiadas con tu pareja es excepcional. El personal de apoyo muy sólidos tras "bambalinas" y el WhatsApp. Un invitado de gala entre la realeza maya. 「Yes rooms are very clean, the entire resort is clean. I had an issue with the shower faucet and it was fixed immediately. Staff very polite. Plenty of bottled water available. Restaurant service slow which should be expected in Mexico,so be prepared to slow down. The Presidente is wonderful!!」

A praia é linda, mas não gostei que salva vidas proíbe entrada no mar depois das 18h. Tive um pequeno problema com uma peça de roupa que sumiu. Foram dias maravilhosos 」

「I loved the taco shack as the food was awesome! The view off my balcony was awesome! The employees were wonderful. The snorkeling was good. Entertainment was good. I wish the pool was a little less cloudy. This was a great place for couples to spend quality time together as it’s relaxing. 」

「Very nice find! Nice staff, great rooms, clean and well organized with view on the central area. Not sure if the inner courtyard was under renos but there was a number of construction tools and material that could have been cleaned up. Would go again!」

「My only complaint is the Expedia page says there is free on site parking when there is not. There is street parking if/when you can find it. Other than that this place is excellent. Staff are great. Would recommend. 」
