“Property is going through a renovation cycle but this was not an issue, property is in good condition, rooms are clean and very nice. Multiple good size pools and lots of beach chairs. “This is my second time at this hotel and it’s officially my favorite in Cozumel! Epic tropical landscaping lead you to a very modern hotel with a very welcoming staff ! Rooms are impeccably clean, large and recently remodeled! The breakfast buffet has been improved since last and was totally worth it! Awesome is right offshore of the beach ! I would 110% recommend and will absolutely be back! Side note the tennis court is one of coolest ones I have ever seen”

“We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)”

“We had a great time in off season. The property was clean and service was great. Ac was very cold. I love the beds and lounging. Plenty of access to towels. “Ideally located for all the restaurants and fun of Cozumel but still quiet. Incredible sea views (get the corner rooms!) and nice pool.
