Loved it!! Great location great room, it was terrific and the staff was amazing Except for some rainwater getting in the room during a monsoon but welcome to Cozumel. The continental breakfast was better than expected too.
Spent a lot of time relaxing in this beautiful gazebo

Great proximity to the ferry terminal and Centro. There are nightclubs close by, which were only an issue on the weekends, no fault of the property.

It was amazing, clean, comfortable, and the staff was both friendly and helpful! Great location, too (downtown). Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here 9 days and found it to be very good for us. The area has many good places to dine that were very nicely priced. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful (special shout out to Carlos who was a pleasure to see every day!). Our only negative was that there needs to be more clothes hangers and clothes storage in the rooms...we do not like working out of a suitcase on an extended stay.

Enjoyed the location of the hotel, security of the property and good housekeeping. Our towels were refreshed when needed and toiletries refilled. AC works, shower was good and bed comfortable with blackout shades doing their job. We didn’t notice any noise issues when staying over a weekend. Would certainly stay again!

They don't really offer breakfast, just some juice, rolls, and a pot of coffee. Staff was really nice and happy to help. For the price, would stay here again. If you want to be in a super walkable area this is a great option.

Great location and quick walk to downtown and ferry, I saw in other reviews complaints about the noise, but it was really quiet area for us, lots of restaurants: bar within distance and check out Cocomama tiki bar for great cocktails!

Beautiful gem in Cozumel

Beautiful gem in Cozumel! Close to everything and yet, super peaceful! Amazing spot for a couple. It was romantic and comfortable! The rooms have a nice modern and welcoming design. Having a free drinkable water source was also a great plus!

Okay this place would have 5 stars if it wasnt for the bar next door playing very loud music until 4am for both of the nights I stayed here (fri & sat) During the day this place is like a little oasis, spotless, safe, very friendly staff, perfect little pool area for catching the sun. However, if you want to sleep between the hours of 10am and 4am don’t book here. I had ear plugs AND noise cancelling headphones playing my own music and still could hear the neighbourhood noise. I get it, out of the hotels control, but this needs to be better advertised and disclosed. 4am is a lot later than the typical midnight or even 2am bar timing. It was restless and honestly ruined the experience. And for the record, I met and chatted with multiple other guests in other rooms and they all had the same issue. I did ask and receive earplugs but honestly - it didn’t do much but make sleeping uncomfortable. I truly wish I could say I would be back because this place would be a gem if it wasn’t for the late night/ early morning noise.

Very nice! Great attention from staff, great communication about check in and door codes. Great having a little breakfast with pastrys, juice and fruit available. Wifi was reliable, beds were comfortable, shower was hot, had a clean room, clean towels. It was very nice staying here, would highly recommend!

Thos hotel was Absolutely Wonderful!!! We would stay here again and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a super central hotel while in Cozumel. All of the shops and restaurants are within a one to ten minute walk. The staff are SO friendly and the continental breakfast that's included is just Great. The fresh squeezed OJ is Fantastic 😊 The only thing I would mention is that I think this hotel is Perfect if you are out doing activities. If you are looking to just chill by a pool and have some drinks from the bar I would choose another hotel because the pol is super tiny and there isn't a restaurant or bar at the hotel. This being said ... definitely stay here if you are going to be out and about and just want to cool down after. Thanks to all the staff for making our time in Cozumel sooooo fun. The property was perfect for my needs. Quiet neighborhood very close to entertainment and dining. Diego was absolutely the best. Recommended scooter rental and very knowledgeable about all things Cozumel. I left an expensive pair of prescription glasses at a club the night before my flight, and Diego retrieved them for me and mailed them to Austin Texas. The entire staff were incredible! Looking forward to renting 8-10 units later this year for a company vacation. Thanks again Diego! You are awesome!

The online pictures were a little misleading. The pool and pool area was much smaller than the pictures looked. The room was pretty nice however the tile flooring showed a lot of wear and tear. It was very clean though and always smelled so good when you walked into the room. We are divers, so the room and hotel wasn't why we were there, but it could have been a little nicer. The location was perfect if you want to be in town. It's one block from a taxi station so getting anywhere was very easy and there are multiple restaurants in walking distance. I would recommend this hotel in spite of the few things noted.

very nice facility with great staff. unfortunatley we had no hot water to the sink. Reported to staff and sent an email to their head office with no reply from either. Facility is very close to a loud night club so take ear plugs. Breakfast is very minimal. Dont usually complain but for the price and giving head office a chance to rectify the problem with no reply I felt things should be reported.
