“Great location by the water. Snorkeling was great. Having a pool on the property was nice. It is about 10 minutes from the city, so it is nice to have a car for transportation. Inside was spacious and clean. There were air conditioners only in the two bedrooms, but were able to cool the place down. Kitchen had a microwave, toaster oven, large refrigerator and a stove. Overall, it was a nice, quiet and relaxing stay.”

“Villa RosMar was perfect for our 11 adults visiting Cozumel for the week. The house is exactly as advertised, palatial and clean. Mariano was the perfect host, arranging transportation and entertainment with just a few minutes notice. The house and pool were cleaned daily too.
