The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge. Great people. On the way, drinks and snacks were served. Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. We stayed in a honeymoon suite and it was absolutely perfect, I want to note that that room has two bathrooms with two showers, which was perfect. We were in room 520 and we absolutely loved it. The room is very divided into two so it’s great for people who are traveling in groups of three. The pool was very clean. The The Italian restaurant was by far our favorite the lasagna and chicken were amazing! We also enjoyed all the other restaurants. The drinks were great and the wine there was actually delicious, usually I don’t like the wine at the all-inclusives. The staff was all super friendly and definitely took care of you! The ocean was absolutely beautiful. It is easy to access from the stairs. I wish I would have gone in sooner to snorkel. The fish were incredible to see. It is definitely a resort for relaxation. This is not a party resort. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and it was definitely one of my favorite resorts I’ve ever been to!!! Thank you to all the staff at fiesta Americana. We had an amazing vacation.

Good resort size and location. While nearly full, it didn’t feel overcrowded. Food generally good, with oriental, cevicheria and breakfast buffet standing out. Nice pool and beach club area. Great snorkeling. Things worked smoothly and enjoyable for large family group of 15. A bit run down in spots and room bathroom layout was tight. Some staff seemed a little fatigued. Solo bartender at main bar was not enough. Concierge , Juan Carlos, paid very nice attention although the vacation sale was always in the background

Have been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years and have always wanted to stay at fiesta Americana, we were very impressed with the hotel staff and the rooms were amazing, great view of the beach front, room service, hell I could go on and on. Property: The overall condition of the property is in need of a refresh. Check-in: After check-in you will meet with your concierge and will be pressured to attend a “welcome breakfast” for the following morning. They are trying to sell you a membership in their vacation club. We declined, but it was not easy. It was an aggressive attempt to get us to sit down with a sales person. Do your homework before you go so you understand what they are selling. And know that you will be giving up a couple of precious hours of your vacation if you agree to attend. Food: The coffee shop was great, the buffet, not so much. Don’t eat any food from the buffet that is not covered. Most of the food is covered to shield it from the birds but the food that was not covered often had birds landing in it. Availability at the restaurants was great. We were able to get reservations with no problem. Pool: The pool area was nice. They offer several different options to choose from: wading, kid and lap pools. There was an adequate number of chairs and beds to relax and soak up the sun in all the pool areas.

The staff was courteous, but they really pressure you to buy their vacation club package. The rooms were clean, but we had issues with ants every day, but they came to clean the room as soon as we notified them about it. We wish they had some sort of energy drinks. They do provide pool towels and they are large. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms is not the best quality so you might want to bring your own. I would say this is a budget, friendly all inclusive compared to other hotels or resorts we’ve stayed at. The servers at the restaurants were all top-notch and very helpful. Especially Angel and Edgar went above and beyond every day. They made our stay at the fiesta Americana much more enjoyable.

7th time at Fiesta Americana Cozumel and will never go anywhere else.Absolulutely love the quaint resort and the cleanliness and the food and the complete experience.Have brought near 40 friends and family and many are repeat customers.Snorkelling right in front of resort is fantastic but perhaps the best thing about Fiesta is the staff that we have met over the years.When you arrive,you are greeted by the head porter Martin who is the most welcoming gentleman. You then wake up and enjoy the most fabulous breakfast and are welcomed by a warm hug from the hostess Alex.You will likely meet Arturo ,the captain who will assure you that anything you want....just ask...I have known this wonderful genuine gentleman since our first stay and just cant say enough about my friend. At breakfast you may be served by Gabriel who is also so friendly and welcoming. Be sure to have a fantastic breakfast taco by my favorite lady Vicky...She works so hard and is just such a warm person. We then move on to lunch and I am hard pressed to reccomend the many choices.You could serioucly overdoce on the freshest seafood or a fantastistc burger at the grill.Perhaps the ceviche bar may be my favorite beacause of my dear friend Jose who will gladly get you anything from the grill when you are seated at the Ceviche bar... Head chef Jose is a wonderful gentleman constantly evolving the fabulous dinner menu.You may be welcomed by hostess Fernanda who is just so wonderful. At your many dinner choices you w

Stayed on the sixth floor in a master suite ocean view. The room was decent. It's a two room design with two bathrooms and separate sitting / dining area. Started off the first day on the 3rd floor looking at trees when we had booked an ocean view on a higher floor. They were apologetic and rectified it the following day. The location of the resort is good, not far from town. The number of restaurants is limited, however the overall quality of the food was very good, with the exception of the lunch buffet on the beach which wasn't the best. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Martin, one of the porters, was super friendly and helpful both at the start and end of the stay. Snorkeling out front is great and with a commercial dock many of the excursions pick you up right at the resort. Overall this resort is a good option.

Staff was good and courteous. Food was average. On site restaurants had the same menu every night of the stay. Schedule of dining options was not posted and a bit confusing. Breakfast and lunch buffet was exposed to the elements and birds. Depending on weather it was not comfortable to dine outdoors. Rooms were comfortable and well set up.

I loved the taco shack as the food was awesome! The view off my balcony was awesome! The employees were wonderful. The snorkeling was good. Entertainment was good. I wish the pool was a little less cloudy. This was a great place for couples to spend quality time together as it’s relaxing.
