“DO NOT PAY FOR PREFERRED in 16 nights not a single employee checked for any of the amenities that we paid for everyone uses those areas including next door at Dreams. We upgraded to a full ocean view room you could not see the ocean unless you leaned over the balcony. Items in the room were broken had to fight to be moved to a functioning room that we had paid thousands extra for. The food is horrible no flavor and always over cooked. They fed my husband part of a cleaning towel and management……
