"Besides all the sargassum accumulating on the beach, the property was perfect. Four couples traveling had their own rooms and private bathrooms. Suemy (housekeeper) and Gerry (groundskeeper) were absolutely fantastic. We also coordinated with Sandra’s Kitchen to have meals prepared while we were there. Would definitely recommend them."

"The beach was not accurately represented in the photos. Amenities in the kitchen need cleaning and maintenance. The inside of the house was mostly clean upon arrival except for the kitchen which had dead bugs in the cabinets and containers of old cooking oil - like a pot and a bowl of used oil just sitting inside the cabinets. The outside of the house / the windows were filthy. When you used the restroom - you could see the dirt and bugs in the louvers. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Playa Cozumel. Having the beach just steps away made mornings and sunsets especially nice, and the property felt quiet and private the entire time. The house was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. The staff and concierge were kind and attentive, checking in when needed and helping with anything we asked. Overall, it was a very relaxed and pleasant stay, and we would happily come back."

"We arrived at the condo and we met with Sandy. He was amazing and got us all checked in and showed us the whole property! The rooms and a living space are amazing the kitchen was spacious and easy to use!The pool and deck were our favourite spot and we swam and hung out there as much as possible!"

"Our family of six enjoyed a fabulous stay at the RosMar Villa. Mariano was an exceptional host, and was in contact in the weeks leading up to our arrival to make arrangements like booking tours, car rentals and massages for us. We had Chef Francisco and staff come to the house to cook almost daily and it was fabulous. The house was large, well-appointed and everyone especially loved playing billiards. It was very clean, well-maintained and comfortable. "

"Our crazy family of 16, 10 adults and six kids, just stayed in this beautiful property of two homes for the past week. It’s so far exceeded our expectations that it’s hard to even describe. The homes are both absolutely lovely. The staff is so incredibly friendly, anxious to please, and great at their jobs. Even with 16 of us, we had rooms to spare. Every room has their own attached bath. The kitchens are large and very well equipped. Very large dining tables to seat an entire family. We Used chef service and it was absolutely unequaled. We did several breakfast, a pool service with drinks, and also a very nice dinner. These ladies & gentlemen worked their hearts out, making meals that were just out of this world. They were very accommodating to different dietary needs, and of course, all the kids and their requests. They spent hours cooking,serving the meal to the table and then cleaning up the kitchen. Don’t miss out on this service. The food was just FANTASTIC. Likewise, the groundskeeper does excellent job of maintaining pools and the grounds every morning early before we’re even up -making sure that everything is perfect. The cleaning staff is absolutely delightful, extremely responsible, and so incredibly honest that when I left a large portion of Cash behind accidentally, they contacted me to let me know that the cash had been found. Delightful people, gorgeous home, and Service unsurpassed."

"My family and I travel to Cozumel annually. This is, by far, the nicest property we have stayed at. The location was extremely private and beautiful. The staff and chefs were amazing and attended to our every need. I cannot say enough about Casa Playa. We will be back!!"
