"Wonderful location of a very clean boutique hotel in Cozumel. I stayed in the room for one week while attending a Spanish class and Scuba Diving.I chose the location because it was walkable to everything so no Car or Taxi was needed during my stay. The staff is amazing. Oscar at the front desk, answered all my questions and gave me great recommendations for meals. Carolina the housekeeper and cook did a wonderful job with breakfast. Every morning in my room was always cleaned.Thomas, the owner/manager lives on site and was very quick to respond to any questions and address any issues while I was there.Great bar with live music right across the street, but there was no problem with noise. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Cozumel"

"We stayed at Casita Maya for our first ever trip to Mexico and we had a fantastic time here! It really felt like staying with fun friends. Very relaxed energy, very beautiful space. Daniel is the MVP! He was always joking with my husband and was very quick to help with anything we needed throughout our stay, like numerous taxis and answering many questions. He’s also an excellent chef. We loved having our meals out by the pool, in fact we ordered breakfast here every morning. House keeping did a wonderful job for us as well! The only thing I noticed is that the tile floors were a little dusty (which I only noticed because I walk around in socks usually and the black pairs tend to show dust) but the room still felt very clean and the fresh towels and linens always smelled wonderful. The closet is huge for a hotel, with very convenient shelves just across from the vanity. We loved listening to birds through the adjustable louvered shutter windows and doors every morning as we woke up. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We felt well-cared-for, clean, and comfortable at this hotel."
