「Overall not a bad place to stay for the price you pay. The location is across the street from the sea, but NOT on the sea. In Cozumel in general, in order to get in the water you either have to pay at a beach club (20$ entry fee) or find some suspicious other area that doesn’t have an entry fee. Therefore, choosing a hotel with beach/sea access would be a better choice if that’s what you plan to do in Cozumel. The room was clean. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers.
