“Muy buena elección en Cozumel: personal de recepción de 10, cama cómoda, habitación amplia, restaurante con comida de calidad, variedad de vinos (aunque con el precio bastante legado) y cócteles, piscina infinity y camas balinesas. Muy buena experiencia. Además, celebraba mi cumple y Juan, camarero, hizo que tuviera una buena celebración. Flexibles y profesionales, sobre todo el equipo de recepción. ”

“Excelentes vistas muy bonito en general solo el primer día llegué y las sábanas estaban sucias lo cual corrigieron a la brevedad cada día que pasaba había menos toallas para su uso sobre todo de manos las cuales mi tercer día de estancia ya no había cuando hice el check in en teoría me hicieron el depósito para consumos y el poem dia del destino resultó que no y solo el malentendido para ya pagar directo en cada lugar en vez de la comodidad de cargar al cuarto fuera de estos detalles buena……

“Honest review from middle class Canadian: it’s definitely a 3 star resort and I’m sure years ago it was a beautiful resort. It’s very authentic Mexican. Pros: all the staff there were very helpful, kind and answered any of my questions. Drinks were good, three bars(swim up bar too), pools were nice, generally clean, staff were always cleaning but also hard to clean when some things are falling apart and people are messy. Beach was great, you could swim in clear water, no water shoes needed. So……

“Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable à l’hébergement Sayu à Cozumel et nous le recommandons. L’emplacement est idéal, très près du centre-ville. Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. Points positifs : lit King très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e réfrigérateur pratique, grande table extérieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. Les vélos prêtés sont agréables mais malheureusement seulement 2 fonctionnels, les autres……

“This is a lovely little gem on Cozumel—very laid-back and family-style. The property is run by a very friendly and attentive owner who is often on-site, which made the stay feel safe and welcoming. The location is excellent: walkable to the ferry terminal, main transportation areas, and many restaurants. My room was small and very basic, but the peaceful courtyard was beautiful and really the highlight of the stay. Overall, it’s a great place if you’re visiting the island for a night or two and……

“Overall not a bad place to stay for the price you pay. The location is across the street from the sea, but NOT on the sea. In Cozumel in general, in order to get in the water you either have to pay at a beach club (20$ entry fee) or find some suspicious other area that doesn’t have an entry fee. Therefore, choosing a hotel with beach/sea access would be a better choice if that’s what you plan to do in Cozumel. The room was clean. The balcony was okay, the view is the doors to other hotel rooms……

“Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. Great location from which you could easily and safely walk to restaurants, shopping, the plaza, and two large grocery stores if you needed to pick up stuff. I would highly……

“Property was clean and staff was kind and helpful. We stayed one night waiting for our rental to be ready. We chose this for the close proximity to everything in town. The hallways and stairs echo very loudly. It was only a disturbance when some unruly children were running and yelling loudly late at night. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

“No water pressure when arrived which was fixed great third day. Pool is amazing. Room had bugs but was sprayed day two which helped. Love the view. Staff not always friendly and did not even acknowledge us when entering or leaving. The friendliness was quite different then our great Thanksgiving stay. Would recommend stay on upper levels only. The shower could not have been cleaned as no water pressure.”
