“Staff were excellent and room was clean. I was disappointed in the size of the room for the price. Food was good but the buffet is not marked well for allergies. If you ask someone, they will go out the their way to help you though. There is a resident crocodile on the property that is fun to go watch after dark.”

Lo mismo ocurre en algunas estancias del lobby y en la discoteca... Muy molesto tener que comer empapado en sudor El resto del hotel, es muy bueno”

“Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. Great location from which you could easily and safely walk to restaurants, shopping, the plaza, and two large grocery stores if you needed to pick up stuff. I would highly……

Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street. “We stayed at Casita Maya for our first ever trip to Mexico and we had a fantastic time here! It really felt like staying with fun friends. Very relaxed energy, very beautiful space. Daniel is the MVP! He was always joking with my husband and was very quick to help with anything we needed throughout our stay, like numerous taxis and answering many questions. He’s also an excellent chef. We loved having our meals out by the pool, in fact we ordered breakfast here every morning. House keeping……

“It was a time share hotel. The other pool that was not the preferred pool was a lot more fun then the preferred one. The buffet was just nasty. The restaurant by the pier was definitely the best place to eat. The drinks were good all around. Our shower flooded the restroom. The room above us also leaked down our shower wall. Never used room service so I can’t speak on that. The weight staff and waitresses were actually pretty good everywhere we went. We did get good service on cleaning our room……

The common areas were always spotless, and Paola provided outstanding service, being friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Without a doubt, it was a great experience.
