「The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories」

「Our stay at Casa Sabal was amazing! The villa was exactly as pictured beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. 「It’s was my first time in Cancun and let me tell you that I loved it this property was great the check-in and Checkout process was so easy. I would say it’s need a bit more cleaning but other than that I was great !!! I will definitely be staying here again! 」

「We had the most incredible week at the Villa Pearl. The house is modern, clean and very spacious. Our group of 9 best friends spent majority of our time by the pool. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
