Always a great time! Poolside sushi from Irving is delicious every time and he remembers what I like each time. Jenny and Lucero on the grill and omelette stations are so hardworking. The servers are all awesome. Javier and Ben are the best bartenders. Mojito, Wild, Danny boy, Diablo were all engaging and fun. Clean property, amazing sexy pool and party vibes, never disappointed. The neon and velvet red show nights were excellent!

We had a great time during our stay! The food is good, the drinks and bartenders are great! There is no cheating out on the drinks for sure! Everything is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is definitely catered to partying, there are a lot of lifestyle people since it is top optional- which was no problem to us, but even being in the lifestyle my whole adult life I have never encountered people who partied so much. I’ve been to spring break in Cancun and live in a college town and never have saw so many people partying so hard for so many days in a row. The quiet pool is a hack if you want to calm down and just enjoy your vacation. All the improvements I would recommend are ones that the hotel goals wouldn’t align with. The beach area isn’t huge, but was empty most days anyways so you have your pick of chairs. I would say it lacked other activities other than drinking, there is a small pool room, but didn’t see it in use much. And the rooftop bar is really nice, Diego was a great bartender! The timeshare aspect is a bit much, they talk you into signing up for a breakfast meeting and they take a $20 deposit that you get back at the meeting-honestly just loose the twenty dollars and count that as payment for not having to listen to the spill. They let you check in early and out late and have access to everything which is really nice!

Overall we had a very fun stay at Temptations Resort. The biggest highlight was the daily pool parties and games. Many of the staff and performers were excellent, hardworking, and clearly take pride in creating a lively atmosphere. The resort itself was generally clean and well maintained, the entertainment was energetic, with wild parties and the performances were a lot of fun. Unfortunately our trip ended on a very disappointing note. Our airport transfer was scheduled for 4:30 pm. When we checked in and again when we checked out, we were told we could remain at the resort and enjoy the facilities until our ride arrived. However, at exactly 3 pm we were abruptly told to leave the pool and the common areas. We were literally pulled out of the pool and directed to the lobby. Because we had been told we could stay until 4:30, we were not prepared for that. We had chlorine on us, had not showered, and had to awkwardly use the lobby bathrooms to get organized while waiting for our ride. It was an embarrassing and frustrating way to end what had otherwise been a great trip. The confusing and inconsistent communication between staff created an unnecessary situation. Temptations is a fun place with great energy, but experiences like this leave the impression that once your stay is technically over, the hospitality quickly disappears. We'd probably go back but probably for a much shorter period of time and we'd be more careful with important details that staff describe.

Everything about the staff stands out better than any other place I’ve been. Room service is very attentive, which is rare. The people that work there are all on the same page as far as friendliness and vibe. Literally everyone!! It’s easy to find good food every day as long as stay away from stuff you shouldnt be eating anyways. Eat the grilled chicken for lunch! Bomb! Everyday, then right back to the pool party. The gym was a great facility and had everything you needed. The people that work at the gym we’re out outstanding. The place’s overall experience is something hard to put in words, so just go. Pura Vida!!
